01.) How do I place an order?
By clicking the button »add to cart« you can put items into your shopping cart. If you have decided to buy them, please click the »Checkout« button in your shopping cart (top right) and you will get directly to the order form. The purchase is made, when you transfer the order to us by clicking the button »confirm the order« (at step 3 of 3).

02.) Do I receive an order confirmation?
For every order in our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Therefore please check your e-mail address before confirming the order.

03.) Do you also accept international orders?
We deliver within Germany, to all countries in the EU and to several other countries worldwide. If your country can not be found (see »Country« at Login), please contact us and we will try to find a delivery way for you. Please note that there are different shipping costs and also most of our publications are in german. If there is a title in another language or multilingual, it will appear in the product description.

04.) How much are the shipping costs?
Dispatch (inland): We calculate a dispatch cost lump sum plus of:
3,00 EUR with an order value to 30 EUR.
5,00 EUR with an order value to 50 EUR.
8,00 EUR with an order value to 100 EUR.
From an order value of more than 100 EUR is valid forwarding expenses freedom.

Dispatch (EU countries): We calculate a dispatch cost lump sum plus of:
6,00 EUR with an order value to 20 EUR.
10,00 EUR with an order value to 50 EUR.
14,00 EUR with an order value to 100 EUR.
18.00 EUR with an order value to 150 EUR.
From an order value of more than 150 EUR is valid forwarding expenses freedom.

Dispatch (Non EU countries): We calculate a dispatch cost lump sum plus of:
8.00 EUR with an order value to 20 EUR.
15.00 EUR with an order value to 50 EUR.
25.00 EUR with an order value to 100 EUR.
30.00 EUR with an order value to 150 EUR.
Transportation costs liberty is valid from an order more than 150 EUR.

05.) How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time within germany takes averagely 1-3 working days.
For deliveries in countries within the EU the estimated delivery time takes averagely 2-4 working days.
For deliveries in countries outside the EU the estimated delivery time vary between 2-7 working days.

06.) I have deleted my order confirmation. What can I do?
Please send us an e-mail to post@nbvd-shop.de or please use our form at contact. Then we will send you again the order confirmation and/or our bank details.

07.) How can I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order within the withdrawal period (see §2 ouf our general terms and conditions), please inform us immediately in writing under contact. Thereupon we will cancel your order and will confirm this to you by e-mail.

08.) Which payment methods are available?
You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal. Please use the order number and your name as the reason for payment. Items will be delivered only after payment has been received. An invoice including VAT is included to every shipment.

09.) How can I redeem a coupon code and where can I get them?
Coupon codes can be found for example in some of our newsletters, advertisements or in actions and cooperations with our advertising partners. The codes are including discounts for the purchase of certain articles in our online shop or other goodies. The valid conditions for the respective actions you can find in their description. If you have a coupon, please enter the code in the field during the ordering step 2 of 3, then the value of your code will be credited.

10.) The article is not arriving or the article is damaged. What to do?
If your order is not arriving within the stated delivery time or the article is damaged, please inform us immediately. You can find our contact data here.

11.) I have forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?
If you have forgotten your password, please request new access data here.
